Worship (10:30 am) is a blended service with a strong foundation in Reformed liturgy (order) mixed with a casual connectedness and comfort. After worship we gather in Fellowship Hall, behind the Sanctuary, for snacks, coffee, and community.

What about my kids?

Worship at MPC is purposefully intergenerational. There is a table in the sanctuary with crafts and floor space for younger children to play with toys. We welcome giggles, screams, chatting and all the messiness and beauty of family life.

What is the music like?

Music varies from contemporary Christian played on acoustic guitar to traditional hymns on piano. If you are interested in sharing a gift of music, please talk to Sarah or Jim after worship.

What should I wear?

Some people dress up a bit, but most are Montanans… jeans, boots, tennis shoes, hats – come as you are comfortable!

What does “Reformed Liturgy” mean?

Basically it means you can expect the same order of worship every week you are in worship. This order of worship is based off of historic church tradition and important faith components in Scripture. The components of worship usually are as follows:

  • Songs of adoration and praise
  • Call to Worship
  • Confession
  • Passing of Peace
  • Scripture Readings
  • Sermon/Message
  • Communion (first Sunday of month)
  • Offering
  • Community Prayer
